Service

Flairpilot is an AI-powered ad creation tool. We provide software — we do not manage your ad accounts or ad spend. You are responsible for the ads you create and publish.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. One account per person or business.

Acceptable use

You may not use Flairpilot to create misleading, discriminatory, or illegal advertisements. You must comply with the advertising policies of each platform you publish to (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices are in NOK and include VAT where applicable.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload. By using Flairpilot, you grant us a limited licence to process your content to deliver the service (e.g. storing images, sending them to the AI model). We do not claim ownership of your content.

Limitation of liability

Flairpilot is provided as-is. We are not liable for ad performance, platform decisions, or any indirect loss arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
